Hi everybody. It´s time for the last FWH update 2005:
NEWS
The long awaited ENEMY GROUND debut MCD called „Insufficient evidence“ is finally available. Hurry up and get a copy of the limited first press with uncensored original artwork. The ethics commission of our pressing plant decided that the layout is too bloody and we have to change it for further pressings. They will not repress it with the original explicit layout, so the upcoming new CD´s will have a much more innocent design.
Good news for ENEMY GROUND, bad news for FWH. Shortly after the release of their debut, the band has signed a deal with GANGSTYLE Records from Holland, so the MCD will be the only EGC release on FWH. It´s a big chance for the band and we wish them all the best for their future. I want to mention that there are no bad feelings between the band, GSR and FWH. We are long time friends now and they told us from the first beginning about their future plans. We thank them for their directness.
CLOBBERIN TIME (formerly known as COPYKILL > ALVERAN Records) just finished their recordings for the upcoming full-length debut on FWH. They recorded 11 songs directed by Andy Claasen from German Thrash Metal legend HOLY MOSES in his well-known STAGE ONE Studios (KRISUIN, BELPHEGOR, DEW-SENTENCED, RYKER´S, etc.), incl. a new recorded version of COPYKILLS classic hymn “Dawn of a new breed” feat. a guest-appearance by German Hip Hop terrorists SMA. END OF DAYS frontman Kevin also did some guest-vocals on one song. The release is scheduled for Feb./Mar. 2006.
The DROWNING IN NOVEMBER vs. EARTH STANDS STILL Split-CD is in the pressing plant. Both bands coming from our neighbouring country Austria and doing some hard as nails Metal Moshcore which appeals to bands just like BORN FROM PAIN, SHATTERED REALM, SWORN ENEMY or FULL BLOWN CHAOS. To promote the Split, both bands will go on a short Eurotour with their FWH label mates from EMBRCED BY HATRED in January 2006. For exact dates check out the FWH site. The artwork for this release was done by Boris CALIBAN/COPYKILL who also worked for SETTLE THE SCORE, DIE… MY DEMON, FULL BLOWN CHAOS, etc.

You can find there stuff from well-known labels such as SPOOKCITY, FACEDOWN, STRIKEFIRST, SA MOB, ALVERAN, RUCKTION, BURIAL, GOODLIFE, GENET, MAD MOB, BENIIHANA, CIRCULATION, BURNING SEASON, WARMACHINE, METAL BLADE, STILLBORN, TOO DAMN HYPE, etc. as well as more DIY underground stuff like Demos and Zines including a lot of hard to get US import stuff.
The prices will be as cheap as possible (CD´s about 10-12EUR, MCD´s about 6-8EUR).

Yes, there will be a second edition of the FILLED WITH HATE Festival. In cooperation with Rico 17 STITCHES this time it will be a 2 day event. The friday before an awesome pre-fest show MERAUDER (USA) and UNDERDOG (USA) as headliner and on Saturday the FWH Festival itself with USA bands KING OF CLUBZ and CDC plus some special guest.
