Arsen . aka König der Monster split up

ja, die band gibts leider nicht mehr. wahrscheinlich erst seit kurzem -> hier das statement von arne:

You may have heard it before but here it is officially: ARSEN . AKA KÖNIG DER MONSTER SPLIT UP!

The band is no more, we will neither play any more shows nor record any stuff - it's simply over. We made this decision because of different reasons - partly because we just couldn't carry on with this band due to personal changes in the lives of some of us and also because we could no longer agree to a common direction for the band. Wishes and plans were just getting too different.

So what is left to say? We want to thank all people who made this band and our "work" possible in the last ~1,5 years. Those people helping us make both tours happen, that one in 2002 and the other last year! This were great experiences and it was lots of fun and great moments that were important to all of us. Furthermore we'd like to thank the people involved in releasing our records, especially André, Stachel and Emil for their effort, trust and money they put into us! You rock!


Yep, there will be no more from us for now - no last recordings or anything! If you want some of our released material for a compilation or anything please get in touch with us at the address below. If you'd like to order some of the last remaining shirts or a record please check the website and get in touch.

I'll update the site with more information and put up the new design as soon as I find the time - it's not first priority right now as you might guess. There are new and old bands and projects with members of Arsen - I'll let you in on some details soon.

angstzustand gibts auch nicht mehr wirklich. erst befanden sich die jungs inna pause, aber wie's aussieht, gibts die wohl auch nicht mehr. musikalische differenzen und so.

naja weiß nicht inwiefern's offiziell ist, aber live spielen sie zur zeit nicht, proben wohl auch nicht wirklich, aber weiter weiß ich auch nix...

ich hatte mal den arne von angstzustand gefragt warum arsen so wenig auftreten. er meinte dazu, dass einfach keine zeit ist, dass die alle arbeiten, studieren oder sonst was machen müssen. kann ich schon verstehen, denn die verdienen bestimmt fast nix an der musik - leider.
